Great Outdoors Exterior Cleaning specialise in Industrial roof cleaning in Lincolnshire.

Using our onboard pressure washing systems,  either cold or if required steam cleaning we can safely remove all types of debris from the roof including lichen, algae, and bird guano. Usually, these Industrial units are leased from the owner and part of the terms requires the Industrial units to be maintained, with our extensive cleaning knowledge we can provide the solution to your exterior cleaning needs!

Factory roof lights or ‘skylights’ often made from GRP attract algae and lichen over the years, restricting the natural light into the unit. These can be cleaned back to new condition, restoring the natural daylight in the industrial unit.  In the current times, the electricity savings alone will quickly pay for the cost of the roof cleaning and over years save potentially thousands of pounds with reduced energy usage!

All of the cleaning takes place following the latest working at heights guidelines. Operators are fully trained to IPAF standards, which allows them to use suitable articulated booms or scissor lifts to safely gain access to the industrial roof

Part of the cleaning can also include gutter cleaning, ensuring the gutters are debris-free and free-flowing, and preventing unwanted leaks
